Our car diffusers can last anywhere from 1 - 3 months depending on how frequently you tilt the liquid into the wooden cap.

Oh no! We're sorry you received a damage item. Please contact us right away by clicking here so we can make it right.  

You can apply your discount code at the check out screen. 

You can return any unused item(s) within 30 days of receiving them - the original packaging must be undamaged and the diffuser unused. Please note that we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund amount.

We can cancel or edit an order up to 1 hour after it has been placed. After 1 hour, during business hours, our team is typically already working on your order and changes can't be made.  

Most orders are fulfilled within 2-4 business days and the courier can take anywhere up to a week to deliver (but it’s usually faster than this).   

For all of our UK customers we offer free shipping. For customers outside of the UK we charge a premium for shipping.
